Hello from Kelly at Think Turtle Conservation Initiative

Think Turtle has turtle t-shirts!

We set a goal this year to follow-up on the “Watch 4 Turtles” sign initiative now in it’s sixth year with a t-shirt. While doing this we came up with other designs we liked so we now have “five” t-shirts in circulation that feature a unique turtle-themed design and a different awareness message.

T-shirt Design (#3) – “PROTECT WILDLIFE HABITAT”
Description: This t-shirt features a Blanding’s Turtle on the front and the Think Turtle name and website on the back.
T-shirt Color: Ash Grey
Fabric: Gildan 4.5 oz 100% cotton t-shirt.
Sizes: Small – XXL (adult)

T-shirt Design (#4) – “HELP SAVE SPECIES AT RISK / EXTINCTION IS FOREVER”
Description: This t-shirt features a Snapping Turtle on the front and the Think Turtle name and website on the back.
T-shirt Color: Forest Green
Fabric: Gildan 4.5 oz 100% cotton t-shirt.
Sizes: Small – XXL (adult)
Price: $25

PURCHASING DETAILS
Think Turtle t-shirts are available to purchase at the Bancroft Farmers’ Market on Saturdays 9 am – 1 pm at 26 Station Street, Bancroft in Riverside Park (behind the post office) when we are set-up there as well as other events we will be participating in, via curbside pick-up and mail order. We plan to order more t-shirts as stock runs low.

SALES DETAILS
Proceeds from t-shirt sales after costs go towards the education initiatives and species recovery efforts Think Turtle Conservation Initiative is engaged in.

IN MEMORY OF GRACE
Think Turtle will be donating $5 from the sale of each of the “EXTINCTION IS FOREVER” t-shirts from the first run of this t-shirt to the Turtle Guardians to go towards their efforts protecting wildlife habitat in the Haliburton region.

Thank you for helping raise awareness to protect the turtles, the wildlife they live alongside and their habitat for generations to come.
